## Inputs And Delivery

The delivery target is **48 hours after the complete anonymized specification, acceptance fixtures and scope are agreed**. The written quote also reserves time for your review and the included correction. Current handoff availability concludes on **11 September 2026**; an order is accepted only when delivery, review and settlement fit the agreed window.

Acceptance means the agreed fixtures produce the expected outputs, ambiguous keys are identified, protected values remain intact and the supplied local workflow can be rerun. Actual CRM import remains your decision after your own review and backup. Silence is not acceptance.

## Not Included

Live CRM access or imports; CRM API integration; ongoing hosting or support; fuzzy identity matching; data enrichment or scraping; recovery of missing source data; spreadsheet macro execution; legal compliance certification; additional schemas; or business decisions about which person or company a disputed record represents. A new schema or changed business rule requires a separate scope, not an unlimited revision.

Only schema information and agreed synthetic/anonymized fixtures are needed for configuration. The offline application processes files locally in your browser. End-to-end tests observed no external network requests. This does not protect against browser extensions or a tampered download; use a trusted, hash-verified offline package for real data and synthetic data only on an HTTP demo. Do not send sensitive production files for testing.

## Quote And Payment

EUR 390 is our proposed service price, not a price accepted by a customer. The final written quote identifies the scope, dates, applicable supplier/documentation requirements and any applicable taxes without inventing an invoice entity or VAT status.

The currently available settlement method is **native USDC on Solana mainnet**, only by prior agreement. A payment request must state the agreed EUR price, exact USDC amount, exchange-rate basis, expiry, network, native asset mint, recipient and fees. Do not send funds from this page; no payment request has been issued.

Payment on acceptance is preferred. Any advance needs separate written refund terms, is limited to the agreed amount, and remains reserved until earned; the refund obligation must not exceed the funds actually received. No subscription, automatic renewal or open-ended commitment is included.
